What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with the appropriate response based on the situation. Conduct regular and random patrols around the government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for unusual circumstances. Monitor access points and report any irregularities, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues on the premises. Document incidents, observations, and interactions according to Allied Universal procedures and site requirements. Collaborate with local authorities and site personnel when necessary to address security-related concerns and incidents. Remain alert to surroundings and communicate promptly with Allied Universal management regarding any concerns that arise during patrols. Minimum Requirements : Must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
