Job Details :

Minimum 2 years medical-surgical experience required

Must hold Ohio nursing license or compact state license

Required certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must be willing to float to all three campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion)

Call required - must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in

Skills required : interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, MS / Tele, oxygen administration, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, peripheral line care / management, use of rapid response / code teams, portable oxygen tank

Epic experience preferred

Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required to be completed pre-start through HealthStream

Smoke-free facility and campus

Maximum 7 days of requested time off will be approved

No holiday time off requests will be approved

Valid state license required - pending licenses not accepted
