Showcase exemplary coaching techniques by personally mentoring a select group of students, setting the gold standard for motivation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop both Guides and students with unwavering commitment to our three core promises : ensuring every learner in your cohort develops a genuine love for learning, achieves twice the typical academic progress, and masters essential life skills. Excellence is the only acceptable outcome.
Basic Requirements
Current residence in or willingness to relocate to one of Alpha's campus locations (Bethesda, Boston, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Seattle, or California locations in East Bay / San Francisco, Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
Bachelor's degree (all disciplines considered)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
Proven track record developing and implementing groundbreaking educational programs, training initiatives, or curriculum innovations
Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success building and inspiring high‑achievement teams
Substantive experience working with school‑aged youth (5‑18) in educational or developmental contexts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for performance optimization and continuous improvement
Authorization to work in the United States
Contract Details
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
