Senior Programmer & Project Manager – Omni-Channel Marketing

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior-Level Programmer with proven leadership ability to manage a programming team and serve as a bridge between technical execution and business objectives. This individual will lead our programming team, manage projects through our PMO, and ensure clear communication of project status to internal staff and end customers.

The ideal candidate will not only bring advanced programming skills but also a strategic understanding of marketing technology, campaign analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the programming team, providing mentorship, direction, and technical guidance, backed by 3–5 years of proven leadership / people management experience.
• Manage projects through the PMO, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Communicate project status and technical updates to internal teams and clients in a clear, business-friendly manner.
• Oversee development and execution of omni-channel marketing initiatives, referral marketing, and loyalty program systems, leveraging 3–5 years of front-end / marketing technology experience.
• Implement and optimize UTM tracking, web traffic analytics, and email performance analytics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Analyze campaign performance data and prepare ROI and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.

Job type : Fulltime, in office

Salary Range : $150,000 – $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
