Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
2–4 years of related experience; experience with HRIS applications; classifications / compensation or HR generalist experience in higher education or public sector preferred; experience with data integrity management preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional (preferred); SHRM-CP / SCP (preferred).
Working knowledge of compensation functions and general HR knowledge; ability to collaborate with client groups and manage multiple assignments; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; ability to implement compensation programs; able to pass background and misconduct checks.
Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements related to classification and compensation; experience with report manipulation, data collection, and data integrity assessment.
