Compensation Range Hourly : $18.55 - $26.90

Essential Functions

• Perform routine and complex tasks in the servicing of mortgage loans in one or more of the various servicing functions which include administration, cashiering, new loans / acquisitions, special loans, escrow, investor accounting, customer service or default.
• Perform with limited supervision routine and complex tasks associated with specific functional area such as the problem recognition and research, problem analysis and resolution, and application of applicable regulations.
• Process payments or advances on loans, including maintenance and adjustments, utilizing multiple systems applications.
• Handle routine and more difficult telephone inquiries.
• Assist in the training of new employees.
• Assist other functional areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 4+ years mortgage loan experience required.
