About the Opportunity : This isn't your typical primary care role. We're looking for a Board Eligible / Certified Physician (MD / DO) to join our team at the 15th Street Health Center in Tulsa . Here, you'll be empowered to provide exceptional patient care without the traditional fee-for-service model.

You'll work collaboratively with a strong interdisciplinary team—two physicians, a nurse practitioner, clinical assistants, and an x-ray tech—all focused on one thing : patient-centered care. Our model is designed for you to shine, offering :
