Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

We are seeking a talented Tax Senior Manager in New England to join our team. Although this is a remote position, we are looking for candidates who live in New England or who are actively looking to relocate to New England.

Responsibilities

  • Review complex tax returns
  • Advise on tax planning and wealth transfer strategies
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Collaborate with leadership on client engagements
  • Lead teams to deliver quality, timely service
  • Research and resolve complex tax issues

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working at a public accounting firm in the tax space
  • Strong tax return review : High Net Worth Individuals / Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Trusts, Gifts, Pass Through Entities
  • Experience working with clients in one or more of the following industries : Auto Dealerships, Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Private Client, Family Office, and / or Commercial Businesses
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Outstanding client service and communication skills
  • Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
