Genesys Developer

Location : Libertyville or Northfield, IL (Hybrid : On-site Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Contract : 6-Month Contract to Hire

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a mid-level Genesys Developer to support their internal systems and workflows on a contract basis. This role requires a local candidate to work on-site three days per week. The successful candidate will join a dynamic IT team responsible for enhancing internal infrastructure, supporting ongoing projects, and working with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth operations and customizations.

Responsibilities :

Develop, customize, and maintain workflows within the Genesys system.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in Genesys applications.
Assist with integration tasks and data flow management across various platforms.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, build solutions, and conduct system testing.
Prepare for the relocation to Northbrook, IL, after approximately four months.

Requirements :

3-5 years of experience working with Genesys in a development or technical capacity.

Proficiency in Genesys system customization, workflow creation, and integration.

Ability to work on-site in Libertyville or Northfield, IL (and transition to Northbrook in the future).

Experience in a healthcare, manufacturing, or supply chain environment preferred.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a collaborative work approach.
