Responsibilities :

Connect with the public, families, and local businesses at events, pop-ups, and outreach sites across Nashville to build awareness and enthusiasm.

Share powerful stories and urgent needs from partner charities to spark meaningful action and support.

Lead engaging presentations and one-on-one conversations that highlight the real impact of youth programs.

Walk supporters through the donation process or recurring sign-ups, making generosity easy and rewarding.

Represent Zeal TN and our charity partners with authenticity, clarity, and passion in every interaction.

Hand out brochures, flyers, and materials while keeping conversations informative, inviting, and inspiring.

Actively listen to community feedback and insights to help shape and strengthen our outreach efforts.

Record contact information and supporter data accurately for thoughtful follow-up and relationship building.

Assist with the setup and teardown of outreach spaces, ensuring a polished, engaging, and welcoming experience.
