As the Digital Marketing Specialist , you’ll play a pivotal role in maturing Five Nines’ digital marketing strategies and performance.

What we will ask of you :
Plan, launch, track, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Linkedin, etc.)Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our websiteManage website performance from a conversion and SEO standpoint using Google Analytics and Hubspot toolsCalculate ROI and CPL for all digital marketing channelsPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reportsAssist with the development of marketing and content strategies across marketing channelsLeverage Hubspot workflows for segmentation, scoring, and nurture campaignsBe willing to “wear multiple hats” – as a small marketing team, we rely on team-players who are willing to step into different projects and offer a helping handHow we will measure success :
Marketing Qualified Leads generated by channel (MQLs)Cost per lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI) data for marketing-attributed leadsLead-to-Close conversion ratesRequired Skills & Experience :
Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in Business-to-Business (B2B)Experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns in Google AdsProficiency and / or certification in Google GA4, UTM tracking, and campaign performance reportingSome experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for email, lead management, and / or marketing automationStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own to-do list based on a defined set of goals.Strong written communication skillsCurrent knowledge of digital marketing trends, evolving SEO best practices, and changing advertising landscapesProficiency in Microsoft 365 SuiteDesired Skills & Experience :
Proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and figure things outA passion for data analytics and reportingAssociate’s degree or higher in relevant field (Marketing, Business, Data Analytics)BONUS for industry experience or familiarity (Managed IT Services)What we bring to the table :
