We are seeking a Marketing Data & AI Strategist who will transform data into a competitive advantage. This role blends analytics, predictive modeling, and technical SEO expertise to uncover growth opportunities, reduce customer acquisition costs, and improve retention. Your insights will drive AI-powered decision-making across our marketing and growth teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own Herbal Goodness marketing analytics strategy end-to-end.
• Use AI / ML tools to forecast demand, predict churn, and personalize customer journeys.
• Monitor and optimize core KPIs : CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, repeat purchase rates.
• Partner with SEO and content teams to ensure analytics inform organic growth initiatives.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and maintain strong site health (crawlability, structured data, site speed).
• Build clear, actionable dashboards for leadership and growth teams.
• Design and analyze experiments (A / B testing, cohort analysis) and deliver data-driven recommendations.
