Job Duties :

\nEvaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations through physical examinations and review of medical histories.

\nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis, functional goals, and patient needs.\n\n \n\n Required :

\nCurrent state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

\nCPR / BLS certification (required or obtained upon hire).
