What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.

Document observations, incidents, or any unusual activities according to company and site requirements.

Communicate with site management, Allied Universal supervision, and public authorities as needed in response to incidents or emergencies.

Support the control of access and egress, verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Assist with emergency preparedness drills and participate in security-related training sessions as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
