Lead Brand Ambassador

Lead Brand Ambassador NWI Baths is a quickly growing brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry.

We offer custom bath remodeling that enriches the lives of those we touch with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free.

We are seeking an experienced  Lead Brand Ambassador  to join our winning team.

This position carries the same general responsibilities as our standard Brand Ambassadors, but the  Lead  will help train and mentor new team members on the job.

We’re looking for someone with prior experience, strong reliability, and a proactive attitude.  Weekend availability is a must.  $20 - $40 through hourly pay + bonus based on quality appointments.

Essential Duties Staff and attract visitors to booths at shows and events Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees Book appointments and secure sales leads for our team Set an example of professionalism and reliability for the team Help onboard and guide new demonstrators during events Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked event booth Engage passers-by and initiate product-related conversations Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator Qualifications Previous experience in event marketing, brand promotion, or customer engagement Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, positive, and outgoing personality Able to coach and support new staff during events Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-traffic environments Must have reliable transportation to travel to booked shows / events Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Weekend availability is required Powered by JazzHR
