Job Overview :

Alon Management is a premier franchise of the McDonald's system! In our restaurants, the most important asset is our people, both employees and guests. We are seeking Refrigeration Technicians who are both tactical and strategic facilities professionals who can ensure our stores are in good repair to support a positive guest and employee experience.

Responsibilities & Duties :

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for executing aspects of the company's preventive maintenance and repair strategy. The Refrigeration Technician will report to the Restaurant Facilities Lead. The Refrigeration Technician will support assigned restaurants as business needs dictate. Day to day responsibilities include :

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Install new refrigeration units.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of cooling systems.
• This is not an exhaustive list of duties of this role and may be altered by the company at any time.
