ASE Certified Diesel Maintenance Associate

A company is looking for an Associate, Maintenance - Truck.

Key Responsibilities

Review repair requests from truck repair shops and approve or decline based on client policies

Assist drivers in locating appropriate repair facilities and negotiate repairs on behalf of clients

Manage inquiries through various platforms while adhering to department metrics

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a mechanic or service advisor specializing in diesel engines

Active ASE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Availability to work early evenings, one day per weekend, and holidays

Proven negotiation and decision-making skills
