nalyze logistics costs, operational expenses, and project budgets to assess cost-effectiveness.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
ssist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor variances between actual costs and budgets, providing explanations and corrective action plans.
Identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality.
Review supplier contracts and procurement processes for cost-effectiveness.
Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to support informed decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of cost data and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Work closely with operations, procurement, and project management teams to align on cost management strategies.
Present financial findings and strategies to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
nalyze and compare actual financial results with plans and forecasts to assess financial performance.
Review accounting records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
Prepare and communicate budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, including updates to SDS HQ and SDSA RHQ.
Manage and utilize the CELLO systems in general.
Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.
Conduct monthly audits on invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with senior administrative assistants to address management requests and queries.
Support new business initiatives, including the generation of contracts, LBS, and proposals.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Cello, or similar tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
bility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry-specific cost structures is a plus.
Korean / English bilingual required.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in the Logistics & Transportation Industry is a plus.
Familiarity with cost accounting standards and methodologies.
