Departmental Objective :
To provide overall management of the Captains Card Program and Campus Vending Services, as well as to provide leadership and direction for the University’s Welcome Desk (information Center). To serve as the Contract Administrator for Campus Vending Services including Beverage Vending, Snack Vending, and Laundry Vending services.
Purpose of the Position :
Under the general direction of and in support of the Associate Vice President for Auxiliary Services, the Manager of Captains Card Program and Campus Vending Services provides overall management of the Captains Card Program and Campus Vending Services. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Captains Card(one-card / ID card) Program including processing, recording, depositing, and reconciling all monies related to the Captains Card as well as assigning meal plan privileges and dining dollars to student meal plans. It also manages Campus Vending Services, including serving as the Contract Administrator, for Beverage Vending, Snack Vending, and Laundry Vending services. Additionally, this position manages long-term lease agreements for the CNU Print Anywhere system for students, faculty, and staff. It also serves as the Auxiliary Services primary point-of-contact for services associated with the Captains Card Program and Campus Vending Services.
