Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to strengthen revenue retention

Consult and educate current advertisers while logged into an inbound phone queue

Highlight ad performance metrics to demonstrate value to clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience

Technical proficiency with computers and information systems

Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred
