A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Senior Living and Private Collection.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial operations related to private pay collections and revenue management across multiple Senior Living communitiesManage a team of revenue cycle managers and review financial statements to ensure compliance with state regulationsAct as a liaison between corporate leadership, facility teams, and external partners to optimize revenue and enhance operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred5-7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, private pay collections, or financial operations within Senior Living or healthcare environmentsStrong knowledge of state regulations and industry best practices related to private pay billing and collectionsProficiency in financial statement analysis, revenue reporting, and accounts receivable managementCertified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) certification preferred
