Calling all Go-Getters.

As an Assistant Manager, you help with day-to-day restaurant operations. Training and working alongside your team, you will also help manage food and labor costs. In other words : mama approved.

What You Must Have :

• Ability to work up to at least 40 hours per week (or more as needed)
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication, management / leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 25lbs from one area to another occasionally)
• Attendance and punctuality a must!!!
• A willingness to learn and be redirected by their supervisor in order to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Schedule : 40 - 43 hours per week

Bonus : Monthly profit sharing

Vacation : PTO Program

Reports to : General Manager

Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record. Must have the stamina to work 50 hours per week.
