Research & Sourcing Manager (Charlotte-NC) based

In this role, you’ll take client intake and internal strategy sessions and turn them into action — identifying the right people, understanding what they do and how they do it, and building outreach-ready pipelines.
You’ll also help us design the structure, tools, and tech stack that drive sourcing at scale.
This isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about building a smarter sourcing engine from the ground up.
🧠 What You’ll Do :
- Translate intake calls or strategy briefs into clear sourcing roadmaps
- Build and organize candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and emerging tools
- Source and identify technical talent (especially in chemicals, engineering, and manufacturing sectors)
- Leverage AI and automation to improve search speed, accuracy, and engagement
- Optimize workflows — from search to outreach — to maximize candidate quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with recruiters and leadership on prioritization, market intel, and project planning
- Help build structure for a scalable sourcing function — potentially including team leadership
🚧 Who You Are :
1+ years of experience in research, sourcing, or talent intelligence (agency or in-house)Strong technical acumen — you can understand what people do , even in deep tech or chemical sectorsObsessed with tools, workflows, and making systems betterUp-to-date on AI in sourcing (Gem, HireEZ, ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI tools, etc.)Self-starter with a growth mindset — you’re excited to learn, improve, and buildBonus : Experience in niche, technical recruiting (chemicals, materials, manufacturing, R&D)💥 What We Offer :
