The Maintenance Technician supports maintenance needs of the plant building, equipment, and grounds.

**Requirements**
*We guarantee new hires get 3 pay increases in the first two years for hourly positions.Starting rate and then a 3, 12 and 24 month increase!*
New hire package includes the following:
Holiday pay after 30 days of employment
Auto-enrollment in to 401k plan after 45 days of employment
Full benefits package, union eligibility, pay increase and 2 weeks’ vacation (prorated for the first year) after 90 day probationary period.
