We are seeking a full-time Inventory Analyst to manage the collection, storage, and issuance of key fob components from vehicles. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Convenient location close to Hamtramck, MI

Shifts Available:

• 2nd shift 3:00 pm-11:30 pm (Weekend availability required)
• 3rd shift 11:00 pm-7:30 am (Weekend availability required)

What You'll Do:

• Collect, store and issue key fob components accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records
• Operate large pick-up truck safely to transport as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Valid driver's license (required)
• Comfortable and experience in driving large pick-up trucks or SUV's
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays
• Dependable, with a positive and professional attitude

Education:

• G.E.D. or High School Diploma

Skills:

• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills using Windows based Word and Excel.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through solving problems for internal and external customers.
• Attention to detail and inventory accountability.
• Must be familiar with the communication process for internal and external customers.
• Organization and Planning.
• Self-motivated and able to operate within a team environment

Experience:

• Prior inspection or supervisory experience.

Physical demands and work environment:

• On the job the employee must: Have natural or corrected eyesight capable of conducting inspections in varying levels of light.
• Have normal range of hearing, or corrected hearing, to be able to respond to normal workplace sounds including approaching vehicles.

Mental:

• On the job the employee must be able to perform these functions on a daily basis: Read and comprehend written word, Write, Perform calculations, Communicate orally, Reason and analyze, Comprehend directions/instructions

• On the job the employee:
• May be exposed to excessive noise depending on job location and operations in progress
• May be around moving machinery and equipment on a daily basis
