- 3 : 30 PM 3 : 45 PM (Paid)
The associate will begin in the packer role, with a pay range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour . Raises are typically given in July unless the associate is promoted to a new position. For reference, pay ranges for other roles are as follows :
Extruder : $18.00 $20.00Winder : $17.00 $19.00Line Lead : $21.00 $24.00To be eligible for a promotion, an associate must be full-time, fully trained, and there must be an open position available.
Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
Perform size specification and quality control (QC) checks on rolls as they come off the winder.Communicate with team members to make necessary adjustments to roll height or width.Lift and stack finished cases weighing up to 80 lbs onto pallets.Palletize and print accurate labels for all completed cases.
