HumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Special Procedures Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Bay City, Michigan . This role is ideal for an experienced radiologic technologist who thrives in a fast-paced, procedural environment and can work flexibly based on department needs.

Responsibilities

Perform specialized diagnostic / interventional radiographic procedures under physician supervision.

Conduct general diagnostic procedures as needed.

Verify and follow referring provider’s orders with sound clinical judgment.

Educate patients and families regarding procedures and care expectations.

Produce high-quality imaging and ensure accurate, timely documentation.

Perform and assess quality control checks; troubleshoot and report equipment issues.

Maintain a safe environment and adhere to radiation safety protocols.

Ensure adequate supply levels and workflow efficiency within the department.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional, ethical standards.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Cath Lab experience – Required

Successful completion of a Radiologic Technology program – Required

Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) – Required

AHA BLS certification – Required

Minimum 1 year of related experience – Required
