Now Hiring : Ingredient Operator - Night Shift

We’re looking for an Ingredient Operator to join our team at a leading peanut manufacturing facility in Suffolk, VA.

Pay : $17

Training : All new hires will start on Day Shift for the first 2 weeks for training.

Schedule :

Training will be on 1st shift 5 : 45 AM – 6 : 30 PM for approximately 2 weeks, then PM shift, 5 : 45 PM – 6 : 30AM

Requirements : Former similar experience in ingredients is required. This is not an entry level position.

Must pass a background check

No felonies within the past 7 years

No violent offenses

Role Overview

As an Ingredient Operator, you’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly for products like peanut butter.

Key Responsibilities :

Ingredient Management : Ensure the correct peanuts and other ingredients are used according to formula.

Flow Control : Maintain a consistent flow of ingredients from storage bins to production lines.

Sanitation : Clean and sanitize machinery, hoppers, and work areas to meet GMP and food safety standards.

Quality Control : Verify ingredient lot numbers, document downtime, and communicate with Quality Assurance.

Equipment Operation : Inspect, adjust, and calibrate machinery to ensure consistent performance.
