About The Position

Job Title : X-Ray Tech

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience required. First-timers accepted.

License : Active state license required

Certifications : ARRT, BLS required

Must-Have :

Required Work Setting Experience : Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, Operating Room.

Required X-Ray Skills / Experience :

Abdomen : decubitus, supine (KUB), upright.

Chest and Thorax : AP, Lateral Decubitus, routine, Upper Airway (soft tissue neck).

Head : facial bones, orbits, paranasal sinuses, skull, temporomandibular joints.

Lower Extremity : ankle, femur, foot, knee, tibia-fibula.

Mobile / Surgical : C-Arm Procedure, portable abdomen, portable chest.

Spine and Pelvis : cervical spine, hip, lumbar spine, pelvis, sacrum and / or coccyx, thoracic spine.

Upper Extremity : clavicle, elbow, forearm, hand, scapula, shoulder, trauma shoulder or humerus (Scapular Y, Transthoracic Axial), wrist.

Description :

Position for X-Ray Tech on the night shift.

Must work three 12-hour shifts.

On-call, weekends, and holidays are required.

Candidates may need to float within the facility as needed.

Open to accommodating block scheduling, but requests should be discussed with management.

Requires experience in Adult Acute Care and Outpatient settings.

Ability to perform various X-Ray procedures across different body regions is essential.

Cerner experience is preferred.

Level I Trauma experience is preferred.

All candidates must have an active state license at the time of application.

Required experience in working with adult patients in acute care and various specialized settings.

Weekend and holiday coverage is essential, with a commitment to working every other weekend.

Candidates should have no more than five days of requested time off during the assignment.

This position emphasizes the importance of securing housing and completing compliance needs promptly.

No attendance or behavior issues will be tolerated throughout the duration of the contract.
