Substitute

Salary: $20-22 per hour

Sunny Hollow Montessori seeks qualified substitute teachers.

Located in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul, MN, Sunny Hollow Montessori is an independent school serving Toddlers through Junior High.

All applicants must:

• Qualify under MN Dept. Human Services Rule 3 as a Lead or Assistant teacher.
• Pass a Federal background check.
• Have or be willing to complete First Aid and CPR certification.
• Have documentation of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Demonstrate reliability and show interest in personal growth and continued education.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assist in implementing the daily program.
• Assist in preparing the classroom for daily use, including supervision of general housekeeping tasks by students.
• Observe, record and report on the behavior and academic progress of individual students as assigned.
• Report any concerns or problems which may occur with the students.
• Always supervise all activities to ensure safety.
• Help to maintain a neat, sanitary, and organized learning environment.
