Licensed Mental Health Therapist LCSW / LPC / LMFT | Texas

Salary : $100,000–$110,000

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Overview

We are onboarding experienced, licensed therapists in Texas to provide remote mental health care. In this position, you will guide individuals through therapeutic processes using evidence-based techniques—all from a secure home workspace.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver virtual counseling to individuals and groups
Design individualized treatment plans
Apply CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused strategies
Conduct evaluations and maintain clinical notes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state guidelines

Requirements

Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Strong communication and documentation skills
