Job descriptionLead the management of other technicians on installs, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in commercial establishments Assist with the training and development of junior technicians and performing your own installs and services Lead a team of technicians Training and development of junior technicians Quality control of all installation and service performed by technicians Overall customer satisfaction and retention of clients Perform startup and commissioning of new systems incl RTU, VRF, splits, WSHP, DOAS, ERV Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants Perform troubleshooting of various equipment Diagnose problems and performance issues with equipment Work closely with manufactures and tech support Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisor or Senior HVAC technician role
- Past experience as an Senior HVAC technician or Field Supervisor for min 5 years
- Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
