Litigation Paralegal

The ideal candidate should have a solid litigation background (preferably civil litigation, personal injury, labor and employment or insurance defense) and be able to handle assignments from various attorneys, be a self-starter who can work on their own, and be detail oriented. The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.

The Litigation Paralegal will :

• Support litigation counsel in all stages of litigation
• Manage the discovery process, including the collection, retention, and production of documents, and assist counsel in drafting discovery responses
• Draft basic legal documents, including settlement agreements, document retention notices, and response letters.
• Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits
• Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
