Job descriptionOversee warehouse operations ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant handling, storage, and distribution of raw and processed products.Enforce OSHA and Company safety protocols ensuring proper use of PPE and safe handling of products.Enforce compliance with USDA and HACCP regulations, maintaining proper cold chain storage for frozen and refrigerated product.Oversee Warehouse and Inventory Control teams.Facilitate all employee related discussions including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and succession planning.Document, implement and monitor procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize product loss.Maintain accurate records for inventory, shipments, and compliance audits; utilize Canopy system for reporting.Monitor warehouse expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to meet budgetary targets.Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in food processing or perishable goods.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (USDA, HACCP).Leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment.
