Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive agency growth
- Develop tailored insurance solutions to meet diverse client needs
- Market and promote agency services within the local community
- Manage all aspects of the agency, including customer service, operations, and marketing
- Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
Requirements :
Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within 30 days with licensing support provided for free).Strong entrepreneurial drive and commitment to achieving business goals.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Financial ability to invest in and sustain agency operations.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver exceptional client service.Must pass a background check in accordance with Farmers guidelines, policies and proceduresThe background check will cover two major areas : State, Federal and County Criminal History, and Regulatory Actions
Compensation & Benefits :
Flexible scheduleImmediate residual income from an established book of businessUp to $5,000 signing bonus upon full-time agency appointmentMonthly and annual production bonus opportunitiesUp to $500 monthly lead program credits (upon meeting qualification goals)Up to 300% bonus structure for new business production (first three years)Opportunities Available :
