Travel Pharmacy Tech - $1,016 per week in Sacramento, CA

Duties / Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to : Pharmacy Technician

Receive prescription / medical orders.

Obtain information on new patients / youth to establish medical profiles, including diagnosis or desired therapeutic outcome, allergies, adverse reactions, and medical history.

Assess prescription / medication orders for completeness, correctness, authenticity, and legality.

Enter prescription information into the patient / youth profile.

Record preparation of medications in various dosage forms.

Review pharmacy stock for expired drugs.

Assist the Pharmacist-in-Charge, Pharmacist, or designee in identifying and resolving problems related to patient / youth therapy.

Perform other duties as assigned.
