  • Active RN license (Arkansas or compact state)
  • Minimum 2+ years ICU experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Equipment :  IV pumps, Ventilators
  • Must Have Skills / Experience :  ICU experience
