Apartment Maintenance Technician (Ticket Runner)

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance duties, while working with team members in maintaining the physical integrity, make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction / rehabilitation projects for the apartment community. Strives to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and anyone else working or visiting the property.

Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform minor, routine maintenance and repairs.

• Appliances
• Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
• Interior / exterior lights
• Doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
• Boiler, gas and electric
• Locks
• Pool areas, pool furniture
• Electrical and plumbing ( including water lines )
• Assist with A / C and heating systems

Performs all needed repairs and services. Assist make-ready staff, as required to meet deadlines

Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

General apartment maintenance

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance

Valid Driver's License
