Key Responsibilities
Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods within the Consumer Experience Center
Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with colleagues to meet quality and performance standards
Maintain knowledge of service offerings and workflows to accurately address consumer inquiries and avoid scheduling conflicts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of prior experience in a call center required
OR 2 years of prior experience in a customer service environment required
