The Role

We are seeking Boutique Security Agents – Tier II (Unarmed) to join our luxury retail security team in Miami Beach. In this role, you'll safeguard high-value assets, clients, and guests while representing both GTS and our brand partners with professionalism and poise.

You will :

  • Maintain site safety, access control, and surveillance integrity.
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with luxury standards.
  • Demonstrate discretion, situational awareness, and strong communication in dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • Background in luxury retail or high-end jewelry security required.
  • Proficiency in physical security and surveillance operations.
  • Valid Security Guard License (state equivalent).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to stand and remain alert for 8–10-hour shifts.
  • Unarmed position – CPR / First Aid certifications preferred.
  • Professional attire : all-black suit, black dress shirt, and polished black lace-up dress shoes.

    $32 per hour — This position is unarmed
