ER RN Job Details – Conyers, GA Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570-$1610 Assignment Length : 6 weeks (Start : 12 / 15 / 2025 – End : 1 / 26 / 2026) Location : Conyers, GA (Atlanta metro area) Setting : Emergency Department (34 rooms, daily census ~150 patients) Shift : 3x12-hour mid shifts per week (13 : 00 – 01 : 00) Total Hours : 36 hours per week Weekend Coverage : Every other weekend required On-Call : None Floating : Within facility and scope of practice as needed Orientation : 12 hours Emergency Room RN Qualifications Active Georgia or Compact Registered Nurse license (must be valid at time of application) Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience in U.S. healthcare settings Current certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS (GSCC and EBRR can be completed onsite) Proficiency with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system required Preferred : Experience in community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I / II environments Ability to provide emergency nursing care for all age groups : neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics Two supervisory references (Manager or above) highly preferred ER Nurse Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care for diverse diagnoses, including cardiac, respiratory, behavioral health, and multisystem organ dysfunction Perform triage, initiate emergency interventions, and manage critical situations in a fast-paced ER setting Administer emergency medications, IV sedation, and procedural sedation Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, STEMI, and ventilated patients Provide central line care, phlebotomy, and initiate / maintain IVs Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including PT, RT, pharmacy, radiology, and social services Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EHR Float to other nursing units within scope as needed Discover the rewarding experience of emergency nursing jobs in Georgia!
