• 20 years of experience working with enterprise customers, technology delivery, consulting, advisory or equivalent.
• Experience building and managing customer care, client-engagement, and customer excellence initiatives.

In this role, you will lead all client-facing activities as Google Cloud engages with clients to design solutions and engage in all activities related to managing transitions, client-program-project onboarding, and engaging and partnering with specific functional and regional leaders at various points in the business cycle with a view to create a seamless and superlative customer experience for clients in the Industry (Retail, Telco, Media & Gaming, Financial Services, and Healthcare & Life Sciences) sector within the North America region.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $310,000-$432,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
