Overview :
Connexus Hub seeks a Storage Engineer to manage enterprise storage and backup / restore environments. This role ensures mission-critical academic data is available, secure, and recoverable under all conditions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage SAN / NAS storage systems supporting academic applications and user data.
- Implement and monitor daily incremental and weekly full backups, with quarterly restore validations.
- Optimize storage allocation and performance for databases, LMS, and academic applications.
- Apply DISA STIGs to storage platforms and coordinate with Cybersecurity on remediation.
- Provide rapid recovery support during outages or data corruption events.
