Medical Laboratory Technologist

Pride Health is seeking Medical Technologists / Medical Laboratory Technicians to join the team in Bethel, Alaska. In this role, you will perform a wide range of laboratory testing and quality control procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank, while supporting physicians, nurses, and patients with accurate and timely lab results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing using manual and automated instrumentation across multiple specialties.
• Conduct quality control procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Accurately prepare, analyze, and report test results for use in diagnosis and treatment.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide guidance and direction to Medical Laboratory Assistants as needed.
