About the Role :

As a Security Guard at Cove Haven Resort, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property. Your primary objective will be to monitor and control access to the resort, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises. You will be responsible for the protection of assets through vigilant observation, timely communication, and rapid response to any security incidents or emergencies. This role requires constant attention to environmental controls and fire safety systems to prevent hazards and respond effectively if incidents occur. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a welcoming and secure atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience at the resort.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in security or related field.
• Basic knowledge of access control systems and fire safety protocols.
• Ability to operate radio communication devices effectively.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive motions and patrol duties.

Preferred skills like wireless technology and first aid enhance your capability to utilize modern security tools and provide immediate assistance during incidents, contributing to a comprehensive security approach.
