Job descriptionOperate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steer, dump trucks and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required) Previous experience operating snowplow trucks or heavy equipment for large commercial and industrial properties Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physically fit and able to work in cold and challenging weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable transportation to and from job sites Competitive pay with overtime potential Seasonal bonuses for performance and reliability Opportunity for full-time employment after winter season Supportive team environment Training provided for qualified candidates

Job Overview :
We are seeking reliable and experienced Snow Truck Operators to join our winter operations team. As a Snow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for clearing snow from our commercial client locations including entry roads, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians during winter weather events.
