Job duties may include : lead the development of objectives, conduct tests, analyze issues, and develop solutions to engineering problems; plan and design systems and facilities including lines, substations, system interconnections, and system protection as well as designing system upgrades, system failure restoration, and modifications in compliance with Company, state, and federal regulations.
