Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operationsAnswer phones professionally and provide friendly, HIPAA-compliant communicationGreet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalismHandle patient accounting functions, including co-pays, account maintenance, and collectionsManage petty cash and financial logsOrder and maintain office and facility supplies, including Amazon and pharmacy ordersCreate and manage patient accounts for personal funds during treatmentMaintain accurate documentation and filing systemsTrack and log outside visitors and group sign-in sheetsEnsure all financial records are accurate and completeCollaborate with the Operations team to support smooth facility operationsPay Range $24-$26 hourly

Requirements :
High school diploma preferred2+ years of administrative or office management experience preferredStrong knowledge of confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and patient rightsProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipmentExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsCompassionate, professional, and dependable#PM23
