Job description :

The biopolymer think tank has been in development and patent acquisition for several years. They began commercialization and product production two years ago and are on track to achieve profitability by the end of the year. The technical founder is moving to a position of Chief Innovation Officer and we need someone to run the research and development laboratory operations to replace him. in that role. A small team of 4 full-time research chemists, the Quality Manager, a Quality Engineer, and a handful of part time interns working on their advanced degrees. The position is on-site in NH; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications :

We are looking for a driven, high-energy individual who has managed chemists in a research lab. Ideal fit is experienced with Polymers or Biopolymers, although specialty chemicals or similar materials should work. Someone who knows what a world-class laboratory looks like and can help us get there.

BS / BA in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or similar is a must; advanced degrees are a plus. Great opportunity and ground-floor stock package.
