California Licensed Triage Nurse RN

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse RN (Telehealth) for a part-time weekend position.

Key Responsibilities

Receive inbound and place outbound calls to patients for clinical assessment and triage

Respond to patient messages in the patient portal and provide care coordination services

Support administrative needs related to FMLA, ADA, and LTD / STD for patients and providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Registered Nurse with unencumbered e-NCL licensure and RN licensure in California

Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct patient care settings, with preference for Emergency Department or Labor and Delivery experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Adult Nursing

Current demonstration of clinical proficiency and experience with Electronic Medical Records (e.g., EPIC, Cerner)

Ability to work in a HIPAA compliant remote environment with necessary internet access
